What this covers

This policy describes how LaborGenie (the marketing site at laborgenie.ai) handles information submitted through this site — the demo request, resource download, and contact forms. It does not cover the LaborGenie training platform itself at lms.laborgenie.ai, which is a separate application governed by its own agreement with each customer organization, including any business-associate agreement where applicable.

What we collect

Name, work email, organization name, approximate roster size, and any message content you submit through a form on this site. If you download the OCR evidence checklist, we collect the email address and organization name you provide. We also collect standard analytics data (pages viewed, general location, device type) through Google Analytics.

How we use it

To respond to demo requests and contact inquiries, to send the resource you requested, and to understand which pages on this site are useful. We do not sell the information you submit to this site to third parties.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses Google Analytics to understand traffic patterns. You can decline non-essential cookies where the site’s cookie banner offers that choice.

What we record when you submit a form

Alongside what you type, each submission records a small amount of technical information automatically: the IP address the submission came from, the country derived from it, the browser user-agent string, the originating site address, and the time of submission. We use these to attribute the enquiry, to distinguish real submissions from automated ones, and to diagnose delivery problems. They are not used to build an advertising profile and are not sold.

Retention

We retain form submissions for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and, where you’ve become a customer, for the duration of that relationship plus a reasonable period afterward. The technical information described above is retained with the submission it belongs to.
