We didn’t start with a market study.
LaborGenie is built by the team behind Physician Practice Specialists (PPS), a healthcare credentialing and practice-management company. PPS has the same workforce-training and audit-evidence problem every healthcare organization has — so LaborGenie is what we built to solve it for ourselves first, then made available to other organizations with the same problem. That's not a testimonial. It's disclosure: we're not an outside vendor guessing what a compliance officer needs. We are one.

Continuant is live on LaborGenie today — an organization independent of LaborGenie and PPS, not commonly owned with either.

Every AI vendor selling into healthcare right now is telling workers their jobs are next. We think that's both unkind and untrue, and it's bad training strategy besides — a workforce afraid to admit what it doesn't know is a workforce that hides mistakes instead of asking questions. LaborGenie trains people on the rules that apply to them, and keeps a record that survives an audit. Both halves matter to us equally.
What we’re not.
LaborGenie doesn't offer accredited continuing education (CE/CME) contact hours, and we're not trying to be a hospital-system-scale platform sold down-market. If your organization specifically needs an accredited CE library or enterprise-scale procurement, we're probably not the right fit — and we'd rather say so here than after a sales call.
